Skein, a family of cryptographic hash functions. Includes Skein-MAC as well

Official package sites : https://github.com/meteficha/skein ·

Skein (<http://www.skein-hash.info/>) is a family of fast secure cryptographic hash functions designed by Niels Ferguson, Stefan Lucks, Bruce Schneier, Doug Whiting, Mihir Bellare, Tadayoshi Kohno, Jon Callas and Jesse Walker. This package uses bindings to the optimized C implementation of Skein. We provide a high-level interface (see module "Crypto.Skein") to some of the Skein use cases. We also provide a low-level interface (see module "Crypto.Skein.Internal") should you need to use Skein in a different way. Currently we have support for Skein as cryptographic hash function as Skein as a message authentication code (Skein-MAC). For examples of how to use this package, see "Crypto.Skein" module documentation.

USE flags
big-endian doc force-endianness hscolour profile reference test

General

big-endian
When manually selecting the endianness, use big-endian (default is little-endian)
doc
Add extra documentation (API, Javadoc, etc). It is recommended to enable per package instead of globally
force-endianness
Use a manually selected endian when compiling (see flag 'big-endian')
hscolour
Include coloured haskell sources to generated documentation (dev-haskell/hscolour)
profile
Add support for software performance analysis (will likely vary from ebuild to ebuild)
reference
Use the reference implementation instead of the optimized one
test
Enable dependencies and/or preparations necessary to run tests (usually controlled by FEATURES=test but can be toggled independently)

*/*: Inline mirror://hackage and update URIs
This change inlines mirror://hackage in all ebuilds, and updates URIs to the modern form (old URIs redirect to that). proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
