Orphan instances for TH datatypes

Official package sites : http://hackage.haskell.org/package/th-orphans ·

Orphan instances for TH datatypes. In particular, instances for Ord and Lift, as well as a few missing Show / Eq. These instances used to live in haskell-src-meta, and that's where the version number started.

General

doc
Add extra documentation (API, Javadoc, etc). It is recommended to enable per package instead of globally
hscolour
Include coloured haskell sources to generated documentation (dev-haskell/hscolour)
profile
Add support for software performance analysis (will likely vary from ebuild to ebuild)
test
Enable dependencies and/or preparations necessary to run tests (usually controlled by FEATURES=test but can be toggled independently)

proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
