Thanks to ernsteiswuerfel, all tests passed to enable ~ppc64 keyword. It's a dep, which will be needed for app-misc/lcdproc on ~ppc64. If you don't enable threads for the framebuffer driver, compilation will fail. Also bumped to EAPI=7.
