dev-tex/minted: make documentation optional
add IUSE="doc" in order to allow disabling of compiling the documentation (already handled by latex-package.eclass if the "doc" use flag is available); Closes: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/986 Acked-by: Alexis Ballier <aballier@gentoo.org> Signed-off-by: Patrice Clement <monsieurp@gentoo.org>

dev-tex/minted: fix compilation of documentation
Compiling of documentation currently failed, as -shell-escape was not passed to pdflatex. With recent change in latex-package.eclass (f6082c5) it is now possible to add this flag and therefore compile the documentation. Moreover in minted-2.1 there is an extra curly brace in minted.dtx which leads to a compile failure also with -shell-escape specified. Until it is fixed upstream, I added a patch to remove this extra curly brace. proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
