General

doc
Add extra documentation (API, Javadoc, etc). It is recommended to enable per package instead of globally
test
Workaround to pull in packages needed to run with FEATURES=test. Portage-2.1.2 handles this internally, so don't set it in make.conf/package.use anymore

dev-vcs/git-cola: Version bump to 2.11 wrt bug 601786
Non-Maintainer commit, maintainer unresponsive for several months. This version adds python 3.5 and PyQt5 as the primary GUI One encoding test fails, but it seems to be minor. Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.6, Repoman-2.3.2

proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
