Enable midi and fluidsynth by default to avoid people hitting non satisfied errors too often while trying to install games depending on its support. The choose of fluidsynth also helps administrators to do a choice between the providers. Drop obsolete warning about SDL_SOUNDFONTS: since commit 1320a491168d43f176f67af8a19decdc5cf24b30 it will search for sane defaults, and that commit was backported to this branch some time ago too.
