Levenberg-Marquardt nonlinear least squares C library

Official package sites : https://www.ics.forth.gr/~lourakis/levmar/ ·

levmar is a native ANSI C implementation of the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm. Both unconstrained and constrained (under linear equations, inequality and box constraints) Levenberg-Marquardt variants are included. The LM algorithm is an iterative technique that finds a local minimum of a function that is expressed as the sum of squares of nonlinear functions.

proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
