Summary
eless provides a combination of Bash script and a minimal Emacs view-mode. Features: independent of a user’s Emacs config, customizable via the (locate-user-emacs-file "elesscfg") config, not require an Emacs server to be already running, syntax highlighting, Org-mode file rendering, man page viewer, info viewer, dired, wdired, (batch edit symbolic links), colored diffs, git diff, git log, ls with auto ANSI detection, filter log files lines matching a regexp, auto-revert log files similar to tail -f, quickly change frame and font sizes.
