sys-block/sas2ircu: don't require /boot mounted with USE=-uefi
If we're not installing UEFI files, there is no point in requiring /boot to be mounted read-write. Also fix typo thier=>their. pkg_setup to prevent install if IA32_EMULATION is not set.
