virtual/bitcoin-leveldb: revbump to 0-r2 for leveldb-1.18-r2 dep change (bug 645310)
Since sys-apps/portage-2.3.20 defaults to --dynamic-deps=n, this revbump is needed in order to correct the dependencies of installed instances of virtual/bitcoin-leveldb-r1.
