virtual/libudev: add eudev and sticky-tags USE flags
eudev lacks API support for the new libudev functions that differentiate between sticky and current tags on device events. Add a USE flag so we can depend on the new API from libgudev. Signed-off-by: Mike Gilbert <floppym@gentoo.org> - Repository mirror & CI · gentoo

virtual/libudev: keep transitional sys-fs/udev
Portage may be inclined to try (and fail) to use systemd here instead of the new (for non-systemd systems) systemd-utils tools package, so let's include sys-fs/udev instead, which is a transitional package, below systemd-utils. Already seen one nasty such situation where Portage gets confused & can't resolve w/o this, and this sorts it out. Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org> - Repository mirror & CI · gentoo

virtual/libudev: 249 bump to prefer sys-fs/udev over sys-fs/eudev
This is being done because sys-fs/eudev is unmaintained (its author would prefer it go away, but it remains for non-glibc targets like musl) and sys-fs/udev doesn't require systemd - it is standalone. virtual/libudev: Remove incorrect eudev provider from 232
Remove sys-fs/eudev from the list of providers for 232 since it does not satisfy the requirement on that version. Since it is the only provider offering static-libs, remove that flag as well (reverse dependencies have already been updated to account for that). While at it, bump to EAPI 7. People who are in dire need of static libraries or eudev in general can still install the older version of virtual/libudev. proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
